Dr. Carpenter received her B.S. in chemistry from the University of Mary Washington. She did her PhD in Chemistry with Dr. Marcel Bruchez at Carnegie Mellon University. From 2020-2025 Alex trained as a Postdoctoral Researcher with Dr. Mike Kemp at Wright State University.
